Shipping policy

Eleven13 ships worldwide from Asia, within 1 to 3 business days upon confirmation of your order, through DHL Insured Shipping or UPS Insured Shipping. You will receive an email with a tracking number after the shipment is processed.

Once shipped, parcels are expected to be arrived within 5-14 days after dispatch date.

Depending on the value of your order, you may or may not be subject to customs duties or import taxes. Please note that regulations regarding customs duties and import taxes vary greatly from country to country.

Eleven13 does not charge for taxes and customs fee within our final prices.
